Food Fraud Advisors’ Principal, Karen Constable (MAIFST) is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology and the International Association of Food Protection.
Karen has an honours degree in Food Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia’s most prestigious applied science school and over twenty years’ experience in food safety, quality assurance, food manufacturing and food product development.
